For the next six weeks we are going to dive into how our brains work. We will discuss depression and anxiety and the affect they have in our lives. You will learn tools that will help you manage your brain and empower you to feel like you can find answers and guidance on your journey.

What is Brain Health?
Brain health is learning about and understanding what is happening inside your head and then implementing daily tools to help manage stress, depression, or just negative self-talk.
Why do I need this course?
Over the 6 weeks this course will give you tools to help manage the thoughts in your brain, bringing more peace and confidence into your life!
What if I can’t make it to the calls?
The replays will be posted on that week’s website for you to watch at your convenience.
How do the calls work?
The calls will be live Zoom calls once a week. If we have a big group I’ll add a second call. I will teach a short lesson about the topic that week and then we will do some live coaching.
How long do the calls last?
Each call is about a hour to an hour an 15 minutes. Feel free to come for all or part of it as you are available.
What is a one on one coaching session?
We spend an hour discussing any issues from your past, present or future that are nagging at you or causing you undue stress. We then use a lot of the tools we are taught in the course to help manage and learn from what’s going on in your life.
What do I get from the website?
Each week there will be a website featuring journal prompts, extra resources for your added research and enjoyment, as well as the replay of the live coaching calls.
Can I be on medication to take this class?
Of course, getting your physical brain balanced will only enhance the work we are doing here mentally!
Do I have to have depression or anxiety to benefit?
Nope! This course is beneficial to anyone and everyone. These tools and principles can apply to anyone’s brains and is so beneficial to everyone!
